Nigel Tapp

Nigel has 20 years experience in commercial and residential property having worked at major national practices including CB Richard Ellis, Weatherall Green and Smith (now Atis Real) and Chesterton. Formerly a partner at Allsop running their residential investment and development agency team from Leeds Nigel opened his own firm to fulfil an ambition to offer his clients a focused and personal service.

Nigel specialises in all types of property advice particularly in the investment and development sectors. He additionally offers a full range of commercial property services including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations and associated advice on industrial, office and retail property across the region. Nigel acts for many Housing Associations in the North of England region and also for charities requiring property advice.

Nigel is married to Claire and has two children. They live near Wetherby and away from the office Nigel enjoys a long run in the country and getting out on his bike.

Josh Rose

Josh joined the firm in 2009 to gain undergraduate experience from Nottingham Trent University where he is studying surveying.

He is working in commercial agency helping market a wide range of industrial, warehouse and office property.

Leeds born and bred, Josh likes to keep extremely fit and needs at least one dose of sport and exercise a day.

Carl Hattersley

Carl is a former director of Lambert Smith Hampton and is an expert in commercial property investment. He joined Nigel Tapp & Co as a consultant in 2009 to advise on commercial property marketing, investment and valuation. Carl lives in Leeds and enjoys fast cars.

John Wilby

John is a former associate of Weatherall Green and Smith and has twenty years experience in the leisure and hotel property markets. He has joined Nigel Tapp and Co as a consultant advising on leisure property, development and green issues. John played rugby union at a high level but now spends time with his son and pedigree dogs.
