We are pleased to set out below some more detail on a number of projects we have been involved in to date.

‘Left Bank’ , Cardigan Road, Leeds

We have advised project managers ‘Camberwell’ on the valuation of this grade II* listed building in Burley, Leeds. The property is owned by a trust who are proposing to refurbish it into a vibrant arts and performing centre.


Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association

We are regularly called upon by this Leeds based, regional housing association, to offer property consultancy advice. This may include rental / capital valuation advice, for both open market and socially rented property. This included this former substantial house in Headingley, where Leeds & Yorkshire housing association are considering future proposals.

Acting on behalf of Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association we sold this large empty residence at best offers to local developer Octopus. We received strong interest particularly from landlords seeking to provide accommodation for the nearby Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
